If you use an E-mail client (i.e., Outlook), when you "Click to Subscribe" a blank message will open automatically. You do not need to provide a subject or content, just SEND the blank message.

Shortly, you will receive a confirmation E-mail. You must REPLY to this message (without any content changes).

Since this confirmation is coming from an automated system, it might be blocked by your spam filter or placed in a junkmail folder. Just retrieve it and send the reply.
