PMLD is launching a new online billing and payment solution scheduled to deploy in the coming days, offering more ways to view and pay your electric bill—plus the addition of 24/7 Phone Payments and Pay By Text. Customers can receive and view bills electronically, make a payment with credit/debit card or e-check, and choose to go paperless.
A quick, one-time payment can be made without registering. Or—you can create an account to enjoy more features like setting up automatic payments, saving payment information for later use and viewing history.
Please Note: If you had signed up for AutoPay through the previous BillTrust customer portal and/or enrolled in BillTrust paperless billing, you will need to re-register at this time. BillTrust will no longer be active after July 30, 2024.
New InvoiceCloud® is an easy and convenient method to view and pay your Utility bills online. You may also make a payment by phone or check your account balance 24/7 with our automated phone service. Call (844) 558-4659.
Paying by EFT is free of charge. Other services are fee-based. A convenience fee of 4.00% will be applied to all credit/debit card, PayPal products and Venmo payments with a minimum charge of $3.00 will be applied. If you make a payment by calling this number, there is an additional surcharge of $1.00 to use this service, along with the other service fees listed above.

- Pay by Text – get Text Notifications about your bill and have the option to Pay By Text message with your default payment method. (Sign up when making an online payment or within your account.)
